Help -- raspberry worms!

Hello everyone.  

 

The link to the forum came just at the right time.

 

We took out all of our raspberry plants and set them aside so we can amend the soil and redo the irrigation.  In the process, we discovered the problem with decreasing yields and weak canes: worms!

 

Can anyone give us advice on how to get rid of the worms that appear to be eating the roots of our raspberry plants?
