I like to keep an eye on what "agri-tech" is doing because sometimes it helps me with one of my own projects. 

For example, this winter our family lunched and munched on some butter-crunch lettuce grown in pots in our basement under grow lamps.  It's easy to see how we could do more with this, if we started another new crop each week or two through March.

Hmm...we might even have something to transplant to the outside garden in Spring.
