Uprising Seeds, adapted for our climate

I went to a talk on locally adapted seeds last weekend, which was given by former manager of a CSA. He highly recommends Uprising Seeds ( http://uprisingorganics.com/ ), since they grow the seeds in Bellingham, WA. He mentioned that Territorial Seeds has been losing some integrity since Steve Solomon left.

Thanks for the information, Linda. I am going to check out uprising seeds. I also heard about a seed company called Irish Eyes. They are also organic and pretty local. They are just over the mountains in Ellensburg. However, maybe that is enough of a climate difference that the seeds would not be as great for our area. Bellingham is certainly similar.
